Important: South Fork Yacht Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or malicious activity.

Membership Benefits and Usage

Members may access:

  • Exclusive content and resources
  • Events and special programs

Note: Certain features may require paid membership levels. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Members are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with paid services.

Community Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Respect other members and refrain from harassment or discrimination
  • Post accurate and lawful content only
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
  • Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior to administrators

Warning: South Fork Yacht Club reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content is owned or licensed by South Fork Yacht Club
  • Members may not copy, distribute, or commercially use content without permission
  • Members retain rights to content they post
  • By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Fees must be processed through approved payment methods
  • Refunds are provided only as described at time of purchase
  • We may change membership fees with advance notice

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Fork Yacht Club from claims, losses, or damage resulting from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations
  • Upon termination, your rights to access content and services will cease
  • Any remaining fees may be forfeited

Changes to Terms

South Fork Yacht Club may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
